The open-concept layout seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas, and the long bar with stool seating creates the perfect setup for meals, cards, or post-hunt recaps.

A rear mudroom with a sink and space for an additional refrigerator makes cleanup easy after a day in the field. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, additional seating, and a closet for storage.

Out back, you’ll find a fully fenced yard with a wooden privacy fence, a spacious covered concrete entertainment area with an outdoor kitchen, picnic table seating, and a fire pit, ideal for relaxing after the hunt. There is ample parking for boats, side-by-sides, and vehicles, with two large gate entrances allowing easy pull-through access from either direction.
